Khardungla Pass is dream of many travelers and riders and we were on the footsteps of that dream becoming true. After a day of relaxation in Leh city witnessing Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Leh Market and few more near by sights. Our 2nd day in Ladakh was one of the most adventurous and dream come true day. LEH-RELAX ON THE LANDING DAY

Day 1, Delhi to Udhampur covering 650 Kms in hot 45 degrees summer of June. Then day 2, Udhampur to Srinagar covering 200 Kms with several motorcycle issues. On day 3, Srinagar to Sonmarg, covering just 70Kms with failed motorcycle parts and camping in chilling close to 0 degrees temperature. Reaching Sonmarg to Leh on day 4 at 01:00 hours mid-night was definetely very tough and challenging. All these challenges were nothing compared to the stunning beauty of the landscapes offered by Srinagar, Sonmarg, Zozila, Dras, Kargil, Lamayuru and finally Leh. Specially, the road from Lamayuru to Leh is mesmerising,

Ofcourse, it is Sonmarg for a different reason. But, the beauty of this place is pure gold. While the distance from Sonamarg to Leh is approximately 340 kilometers, the numbers don’t tell the full story; this is by no means an easy road. It is a

Survival at Zero Point: Our Near-Fatal Camping Blunder in Sonamarg

The Himalayas have a way of humbling the arrogant. We arrived in Sonamarg with the high spirits of city-dwellers chasing an Instagram-perfect adventure, unaware that the mountains were about to teach us a lesson in survival that we would never forget. This is the story of our first night under the stars—a night that was supposed to be a dream but turned into a freezing, wind-whipped nightmare. 1. THE COLD BREEZE: A Midnight Arrival in the Dark The sun had long since dipped behind the jagged peaks of the Thajiwas range by the time our bikes rumbled into Sonamarg. In

LADAKH-SONMARG is far

Srinagar was never in the plan but, everything happens for a reason. It’s God who decides the path of our journey. Srinagar was no different. THE MORNING Day 3 began with the same sense of urgency as the day before. By 8:30 AM, we arrived at the Royal Enfield Service Center to begin a thorough technical analysis of the “rogue” bike that had been causing us trouble. After a systematic diagnosis, the technicians identified a critical flaw in the starter and fuel pump relays, which they promptly replaced to restore the bike’s reliability. Since four of us were riding together,

The Himalayas demand more than just physical endurance; they serve as a brutal testing ground for your spirit, your patience, and the reliability of your gear. Our expedition officially launched with a grueling 700-kilometer marathon from the flat plains to Udhampur. During that initial leg, a blistering summer heat hammered down on us, feeling less like weather and more like a physical weight pressing against our chests. Yet, as we finally rolled into Udhampur, a wave of collective excitement surged through the group. We felt a sense of triumph, knowing that from this point forward, the jagged, majestic landscapes and
